3. Meta Platform
Certain application functions depend on Meta products, APIs and permissions. Use of those functions is also subject to applicable Meta terms, policies and platform requirements.
4. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining valid authorization to connected business assets.
- Reviewing advertising content, targeting, budgets and campaign settings.
- Complying with applicable advertising laws and platform policies.
- Ensuring claims used in advertisements are accurate and lawful.
5. Advertising Performance
Adnan Media Buyer does not guarantee advertising performance, sales, revenue, return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, or any other business result. Advertising performance depends on numerous external factors.
6. Third-Party Services
The application may rely on third-party platforms and infrastructure. Availability of those services is outside our complete control.
7. Security
Users must protect their account credentials and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.
8. Suspension
Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to address security issues, unauthorized activity, abuse, legal requirements or platform-policy violations.
