User Data Deletion Instructions
Adnan Media Buyer — Last updated: September 18, 2026Users who have connected a Meta/Facebook account to Adnan Media Buyer may request deletion of information associated with their use of the application.
Option 1 — Send a Deletion Request
Send an email to:
Subject: Adnan Media Buyer Data Deletion Request
Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant application data, such as:
- Your name.
- The email associated with your request.
- Your Meta/Facebook account or business identifier, if known.
- The Page or advertising account concerned, if applicable.
For security, we may request reasonable verification before deleting information. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card information or other unnecessary sensitive credentials.
Option 2 — Revoke Meta Permissions
Where applicable, users may also remove or revoke Adnan Media Buyer access from their Meta/Facebook account settings or business integrations. Revoking access prevents future API access unless the application is authorized again.
Deletion Timeframe
After a valid deletion request is verified, information controlled by Adnan Media Buyer will normally be deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or the resolution of legitimate disputes.
What Deletion Covers
Deletion may include locally stored application records associated with the requesting user, connected Meta identifiers, cached advertising information and other data no longer necessary to operate the service.
